Way of work? / Methodology: training
Training program we call educational process in which we exercise our spirit, mind and speech through guided exercises and thematic units followed by discussion and conclusions. Interactive approach provides a learning experience and exchange of knowledge between all training participants.
How long does it last?
Training program is created by days. One working day lasts 6 hours (with small breaks). According to certain needs possible arrangement can be to divide one training day into two half-day training days with three to four working hours. We recommend two training days altogether.
How much does it cost?
For individuals one training day costs 250,00 kn.
For groups (institutions, business and NGOs) the price is agreed based on the length of the training and number of participants/groups, training material etc.
Do you have a requested number of participants?
Optimal number of training participants is 12. This mean that recommended group number should not be less then 10 people and we cannot accept more then 18 participants within one group. The richness of their interactions and better working quality is achieved when a group of training participants gathers men and women.
Could you arrange training program at my work environment?
Through experimental workshop introduced to your employees and colleagues the possible topics and mode can be presented. Once the interest is expressed, we define the dates and duration of the training program in which all the interested participants will contribute to the process and the quality of work. In other words, in has to be voluntary participation by all expected participants.
