Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method where the third neutral party helps conflicted parties to solve their problem.
The solution reached by mediation is the one in which all conflicted parties are satisfied. Everybody wins and nobody loses.
Some of the conflicts suitable for mediation are: neighbour disputes, family disputes, conflicts at the working place, conflicts dealing with property and damages, public disturbance, between parents and children, parents and teachers, among peers and many others.
Fourteen trained mediators are ready to mediate and the
reby share their time and effort with their local community. Everyone is capable of finding the best solution for their own conflicts and at the same time keeping or even improving relationships with "the other side", sometimes with the help of a third neutral party.
